Ordered a Nacho bell grande came with no meat whatsoever very little cheese,tomatoes,and sour cream and a big lump of dry refried beans. Yeah I could have went back and got a refund but not gonna waste my time to because someone is lazy person.
This restaurant always has a long line and slow service. Additionally, they frequently claim that their system is down. In three out of seven visits, they experienced system issues, including taking the order of the car in front of me. As this is the nearest Taco Bell to me, I hope improvements are made to address this issue.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely slow and impolite. I have visited this location multiple times because it is the nearest to my house, but each time I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru only to receive cold food that is either prepared incorrectly or haphazardly thrown into the bag. I have experience working in fast food for many years, including managing a Taco Bell for 3 years, so I am usually very understanding of these types of issues. However, after a 25-minute wait in line tonight just to receive cold food and bad service, I feel compelled to speak out. I will be contacting their area coach to address this matter.
I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. The line moved a little slow, but the lady at the window checked my bag twice and made sure everything was right. Then I noticed they had a LARGE order going out at the same time. The food was hot and definitely freshly made. Based on them likely being short staffed, they did an excellent job!
During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast burrito made by Ms. P. The staff here deserve higher wages considering the customer base they serve, which includes pass-through truckers and tourists. I am not a fan of big corporations coming into small towns, shutting down local businesses, and then underpaying their employees.
