When... read more I accidentally placed my order at this subway instead of the one in the mall, following a really unpleasant experience at the Ithaca Mall subway location. When I realized my mistake, I felt the need to apologize at this subway. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and even expressed sympathy for what had happened. He went above and beyond by arranging for someone to deliver my order to me at the mall, as I didn’t have enough time during my lunch break to go pick it up. I really wish I had caught his name because I am truly grateful for his help!

The sauces were plentiful, offered a great variety, and all tasted fantastic. I just wish they would add more meat to any sandwich, whether it's ham, turkey, club, or steak.

They don't intend to be rude; they just seem a bit stressed and in need of some extra help. However, if you approach them with politeness and patience, it's a lovely spot to enjoy a pretty decent sub.
