There was a com... read more I waited an hour for my order while a crowd built up around me. It was a typical dinner rush, but it felt like no one knew what they were doing. There was a complete lack of urgency, and no one seemed to be taking the lead. I noticed several customers in the regular line waited over 10 minutes just to pay for their meals after placing their orders. Having worked in food service for many years, I found myself wanting to jump into the kitchen and take control, as it seemed like no one else was. The restaurant was not short-staffed; in fact, there appeared to be a full crew on hand. To top it off, they forgot to include the guacamole I had paid extra for. If I hadn't been on a business trip staying at a hotel, I would have gone to the store, bought all the ingredients, and made the same meal in less time than it took to get my order.
