3.5/5 My favorite S-bread item is the prawn fillet bun. After tasting many buns from the two biggest rivals, Bread Top 85*C, I had an assumption that most ready-made-Asian-bakery-bread would have very little fillings and more on the floury side. But man, after I tried S-breads, I was surprisingly pleased with the quality. The only thing that you need to keep in mind is the time of purchase, as the fresh ones are made from early morning. I also tried the Japanese cheesecake and the fruit gateau, which I particularly felt in love with. It's so light and refreshing with seasonal fruit added in between layers of sponge cake and fresh cream. Yummmm!.

read moreS Bread is a Chinese bakery located at Hurstville train station, offering a variety of breads and desserts similar to their competitors. While some customers have complained about the service, others have praised the quality and selection of the items available. The pineapple buns and prawn fillet buns seem to be customer favorites, with the Japanese cheesecake and fruit gateau also receiving positive reviews. The prices are slightly higher compared to other bakeries in the area, but many feel that the quality justifies the cost. Overall, S Bread is a convenient spot for quick snacks or to pick up some delicious pastries to enjoy later.
