What User doesn't like about The Local @hnl:
The QR menu does not work properly and the management presses the servers to let customers use this system. We asked for the regular menu and there was resistance to give it to us. The server was great and helpful - it is the system that is frustrating and unnecessary. If the server wasn't that nice, we would have left the food court. Had an hour at the airport and stopped for cocktails. Had a **** Mary and a doctor's order (a delicious fruit cocktail). Both were excellent. We saw how people had the flatbread and ordered that ours was very good (ham, pineapple). Service was fast and efficient, we did not use QR code order. We were there on Thursday at noon and the masses were minimal. View all feedback.
