Friendly staff, excellent service, and a comfy old town atmosphere. Majority of bar patrons appear to be repeat customers, and for good reason; it's genuinely feels a bit like an Irish bar, but with some interesting menu twists. Well worth a visit View all feedback.
What Ken White doesn't like about Murphy's Bar & Grill:
In a night that was painfully short, I hope our experience was atypical. It took a long time to take our order, then they forgot our appetizers and got one of our two entrees wrong. The corrected dish was obviously an agitator because the garlic on the pork chop was completely burned and ruined, which was probably a good dish of food. I had THE BEST garlic crusted pork chops on my life. I liked how the bar and restaurant were separated by a wall because the bar was loud. Loved this place!
Future patrons should be aware that splitting the check could cause issues at close out. We visited on a busy Friday. We wanted to split the bill as we all ordered different drinks, appetizers, and one of us was couple. So, we asked to split the bill accordingly. When the waitress said “I don’t know who has what” We thought we would help by writing our orders as we understood them and wrote our names next to each along with our cards. Instead of talking to us, the server seemed frantic or upset about our table wishing to split the check in this way. We waited for what seemed like more than 15 minutes for our cards, and at that point we wished to leave despite one of us had been charged twice. We were given the impression we’d done something wrong as customers. The five stars are for the pie and food. They were great!

I'm not Irish, but Murphys is dope and has the best Shepherds Pie I?ve ever had. Murphy?s offers a comfortable environment to enjoy her excellent food, and when you're done, go over the tavern and drink some brews. Just great.
