What F S doesn't like about Eat On Time:
Tried to order take out food the other day. They got the order incorrect. They added an extra order of crab when we ordered 2. They charged us for three. Other dishes we also ordered. The person answered the phone said two but charged fir three. This is a warning to double check your order twice with the items and cost. We tried to get it corrected but it was still incorrect. We calculated $129 but they said $188.90.... View all feedback.
Eat on Time was great. The food was excellent. We were celebrating two birthdays. Fellow Yelpers Nadine C. And Daniel C.. My wife made a cake for the occasion upon entering the hostess and asked if the cake was for dessert. I said yes, and she took the cake to be brought out later. The painted murals on the walls made the restaurant look very festive. Attentive service and tasty food made our party one to remember. See my pictures of the food. I would like to give a shout-out to Paul C for his expertise in ordering the Chinese dishes. Mahalo to the cooks and servers for making this a memorable event. ENJOY.
Celebrate 2 birthday tonight at Eat on Time located right next door to Epi-Ya bakery on Beretania. I always knew there was a Chinese restaurant next door because I frequently go to buy my fresh bread at Epi-Ya.Finally had a reason to check out this place because of 2 fellow Yelpers birthday. The food was very delicious and good size portions as well. My favorite was their Walnuts shrimp it was really crispy not to much Mayo and the shrimp was very big . Also I liked their chicken it was very soft and seasoned well . Actually everything that we ordered was very good thanks to Paul C. For ordering everything. The service and staff was ok they were nice and very efficient. Just the water they needed to be reminded. I'll be back in the near future and order something else. Support local and be safe and
ENVIRONMENT:This is where it can be improved (by a lot). Our table had cockroaches crawling around and although it didn't freak us out too much, I do want to mention this for other guests who may be disgusted by this. The cockroaches would come out from under the glass lazy Susan so we're not sure if there's a nest specifically in our table or if it also occurs at the other tables. Cockroaches can also be found crawling along the walls at times. I wish I had gotten some pictures but we were busy catching them So yes I do think this is a sanitary issue that can be improved greatly but overall, still had a good time here with good food! FOOD:Overall, the food is delicious! Especially the honey walnut shrimp. Definitely the best honey walnut shrimp I've had! It's crunchy and the shrimp is very juicy. Portion wise, everything is sizable and enough to share. The White cut chicken dish was also another favorite of mine. The meat was very tender and their green scallion ginger sauce was made well! Very flavorful and overall a great dish. Those two dishes stood out to me the most but the other dishes we had were also great and I didn't hate any of them. SERVICE:Prompt and expected. The place was full so the servers were very busy but still was able to manage our tables well.
Best honey walnut shrimp I have eaten. Crispy , great sauce and da bomb. Sweet sour pork was really good as it was also crispy with thick great sauce, bell peppers and onions. House special noodles was crispy noodles with veggies, a little bit of char siu. It could have used a bit more sauce but it was good. The only thing I did not like was the seafood tofu soup that had some shrimp and bits of fish. It had a taste I was not familiar with and did not like. Almost like a chemical taste in it. Probably an ingredient I am not familiar with. Service was good and ample parking as it is in the times, Epi-Ya and Graces lot. Reasonable price and Yes I did enjoy it overall. Each was between 15 and 17 dollars

Just a suggestion to all to double check your order!!!
