I waited longer than expected to try this restaurant because of their/mine summer vacation. Finally, I got to try N.55 of the menu... It was DELICIOUS. I know it’s common use to get fries instead of rice, but I personally recommend to try it with that instead. Rice was indeed tasty by its own. The thyme on the meat as well as on the onions there were as a side was giving the 5th star fully for me. And the owners were the kindest with me. Hope be be back soon
