We (5 people have waited 2 hours for dinner. about 50 minutes after the order they apologized for the first time for the waiting period. in the did it took an h... read more We (5 people have waited 2 hours for dinner. about 50 minutes after the order they apologized for the first time for the waiting period. in the did it took an hour. every 15 minutes we heard a new excuse. so many unexpected guests have come. Of course, to order something can go wrong. they can be lost or the like, but after the error is detected, it takes another hour until it is fixed, is absolutely innocent. I also need to point out that numerous guests at other tables (including a 10-member company that appeared after us all, who were already saturated at location when our food finally came. a plausible explanation was found to be guilty until the last time. even the whole organization was completely chaotic, which we could observe from our table very well. constantly exchanged, ordering on the computer corrected, over ordering. I have never experienced such a logistic chaos in decades of the gast experience. we were (and are still so upset about this treatment that we did not accept the offer of a free drink round. ah yes: we had reserved ourselves, and we also have been very good; even though it is not important: eating was in order. ideology: I'm sure I'll never be back!

The service was always at... read more We recently celebrated my 80th birthday with 28 people at the Wildrose restaurant. The organization, food, service were all excellent. The service was always attentive and friendly, including the head of the house. Kudos to the chef and his team for serving food for 28 people at the same time. The food was extremely tasty and well prepared. A highlight, among other things, was the appetizer platter. We and all our guests felt very comfortable in this beautiful atmosphere. It was a very nice evening.
