Placed an order for pickup Saturday evening, June 22. Was told 25-30 minutes. Arrived at 30 minutes and food wasn't ready for anything 15 minutes. The wait was not a big concern, I spent time in the restaurant business I know how it can be. However... While standing in the front ice cream area waiting for food, I made some observations. The guys behind the line are cooking with gloves. But what is the point of wearing gloves if the cooks aren't going to stay sanitary?! I watched the shorter of the two guys touch his ears to fix his earbuds multiple times. The taller guy wearing a visor I watched him touch his hat to adjust it, then put his open hand right on top of his head/hair. No gloves but regularly washing hands would be much more sanitary. Maybe it's time for a food safety refresher course. Food was good, but returning again isn't certain
