Feasta Pizza - HELLERTOWN

I received an American sub that was plain and lacking in flavor. It consisted of a single piece of ham on a small, tasteless round sandwich with a side salad.

The pizza is good, but don't expect to eat an hour before closing time. They will turn you away as they clearly do not want to serve customers that close to closing. I have never experienced that before. I'm pretty sure it takes less than an hour to make a pizza for four people. It would have been better to go before they were about to close.

I am not sure what is going on with this restaurant, but the customer service and quality are exceptional. I ordered my usual cake, but when I got home, it was completely wrong. Even though it wasn't terrible, it also wasn't good. I called to let them know about the mistake, but the customer service was disappointing. They offered no assistance and just said thank you for letting them know. I asked to speak to a manager, but they refused to call him. I wasn't looking for a free meal, just an authentic display of good customer service. If they had offered a free cake, I would have declined, but it would have made a difference in my experience at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Roma-Pizzeria.

Awesome food, love the ambience, great service. The wings and garlic knots are the best!
