In the very rare case that an error is made with an order, they immediately fix the error without question. The drive thru can sometimes be busy, but it always moves fast.

He is doing well now, but it has been a very stressful week. I stopped at this restaurant on my way to visit him, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. They didn't even know what I was going through, so their kindness was completely sincere. Thank you for brightening up my difficult day.

I always give them a chance to improve, but when it comes to a simple request like adding extra caramel drizzle to a frappe, it should be easy. Just put the caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup and on top of the whipped cream. It shouldn't be that difficult. After experiencing this mistake three or four times in a row, despite my regular visits and double checking at the window, I am starting to get frustrated. I don't like to complain, but it's frustrating to have to ask for a drink to be remade just because it's missing caramel drizzle.
