The lamb tartare was acceptable, assuming you're comfortable eating raw lamb from a place that doesn’t seem to focus heavily on food. The burger was ordinary; nothing special but not terrible. The fries, however, were the highlight of our meal. Unfortunately, the braised beef shoulder (I think that’s what it was called) was nearly inedible. It seemed as though it had been prepared, refrigerated, and then overcooked in the microwave. I struggled to cut through it with a knife, let alone chew it, and most of the dish went untouched. Additionally, the online wine list promised a better and wider selection than what they actually offered. If cocktails are your primary interest, you might enjoy this place, but I would recommend dining elsewhere. Two other noteworthy points: the restaurant is quite small, and many of the cocktails are smoked or have flaming garnishes, which causes the space to become rather smoky. Lastly, the manager or host was rather curt and unfriendly, even though we had made a reservation.

The beverage program here is reminiscent of bars like Chicago’s Aviary or New York’s 11 Madison without any pretense. The aesthetic is beautiful and the staff is humble while being impeccable.

I loved the Burger just perfect and any drink Bangkok Truffle, the Smoked Old Fashioned but that FRENCH CONNECTION SAZERAC... life changing! But I can not conclude with out saying anything about the team, Dante, Madison and Bee were absolutely amazing and made my birthday so special and memorable, thank you all!
