The pizza was good, except that the fresh pizza from the oven was not ready. They informed me that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I came back and it wasn't ready. The first cashier I think was the manager was courtesy, but the second time I approached the counter to get a status update, the cashier was aggressive and rude. View all feedback.

This was horrible for the second time. Whoever is baking this pizza clearly does not care. The pizza was doughy and most certainly did not look like the picture. View all feedback.
The one in Manhattan is good! Fast service, good pizza, no mistakes!
HELP! It's Uncooked! The Pizza a large part of it is Uncooked and I can't eat it! It's just Wet Dough under the toppings and Greasy! I can't eat this!
The pizza was tasty, but unfortunately, the fresh one from the oven wasn't ready when I arrived. I was told it would be ready in five minutes, but when I returned after that time, it still wasn't done. The first cashier, who I believe was the manager, was polite, but when I went up to the counter again for an update, the second cashier was confrontational and impolite.
The pizza was delicious, hot, and fresh! I highly recommend enjoying a hot slice on a dreary day.
My pizza and cheese sticks were fresh and delicious, and they arrived right on time.
