I want this to be like the pictures. my “drilled” cheese was microshafted, complete with cold cheese, which was not melted and broth not roasted. yogurt filled the day before was a watery chaos! time and money. View all feedback.
WARNING: BE CAUTIOUS OF THE DRIVE-THRU AT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY STEAL YOUR REWARD POINTS. I have visited three times this month and each time they have asked if I am a rewards member, taken my phone number, and then kept the receipt with my points and code to enter them. It appears legitimate because they give you the kitchen ticket on the bag, but they never actually enter the points or give you the receipt. They could be entering an unknown amount of points and using your reward points for their own benefit. This is a complete scam and I will make sure to inform everyone about it. I have evidence to support this and advise others to be vigilant against this scam. They are most likely accumulating hundreds of discount points per day.
I get the mediterranean veggie sandwich with no cheese and add avocado with the Greek salad, no cheese and it's always so fresh and good. The staff is always nice and welcoming and the restaurant is super clean and uniform.
The restaurant is filthy and reeks of trash. I suffered from food poisoning after eating their tuna sandwich and was ill for days. I will never return.
As much as this location has improved , PANERA corporate leaves much to be desired. Their idea of seasonal doesn't equate to Louisiana. Their menu changes are half asked at best. I understand some salad changes but changing the soups areridiculous. Eliminating the Mexican corn chowder is an outright SIN. Get your head on straight folks, you never cease todisappoint. !!!!!!
Soup and sandwich is always good, and the service is always fast.
