Horrible experience! We visited today and, upon entering the lobby, were informed that orders could only be placed through the drive-through. We went through the drive-through, but no one answered us. When we reached the window, it was empty. We then went inside, where it was smoky, and other customers were being served. The person taking orders was out of uniform and standing on the wrong side of the counter. There were no straws, napkins, receipt paper, barbecue sauce, or large fry containers available. It was total chaos. I couldn't tell if any management was present. Many customers were leaving in frustration.
I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend it at all. Furthermore, they seemed unable to cancel an app order. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. #Wendys
This Wendy's is unbelievably bad—by far the worst I've ever been to. They’re open for only about an hour each day, and if it seems empty, don’t expect them to actually be serving; they always have some ridiculous excuse for being closed. They advertise breakfast but don’t open until the afternoon. No matter when you visit, there's always some reason they can't serve you. For example, today I was told to wait 30 minutes due to a shift change. They frequently run out of nearly everything on the menu, including drinks, and instead of informing you what’s available, the staff just snaps, “we don’t have that,” when you order. Their card reader supposedly never works, and they hand you random change without a receipt. This place really should be shut down.
The burger was tasty, but the fries were disappointing—they were cold and a bit hard. I live only three minutes away!
I went through the drive-thru and waited for someone to acknowledge me, expecting to be told they would assist me shortly. After waiting silently for 3 to 5 minutes with no response, I tried saying hello to check if the speaker was working. A staff member then responded rudely, so I decided to leave.
