They even had all my information, which was surpri... read more When I arrived, I was informed that they don’t accept reservations, despite Open Table confirming my booking. They even had all my information, which was surprising! On top of that, many food items were not available. I'll be sticking with the other location; this one really needs to improve staff training. It was the worst experience I've had at Barrows.
