The store looks a little run down inside, and there are l... read more We stopped in here randomly the other day and I will admit their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The store looks a little run down inside, and there are limited seating options (plastic table inside and a few tables outside), but that didn?t botherus too much as we went and sat on a bench near the beach. The owner is super-friendly and he wants to be sure your completelysatisfied. I just wish they had bacon as an option on their egg sandwich, as opposed to just sausage or ham. Prices weren?t toobad for being on the Hampton strip. Coffee selections were slightly limited, but good enough to get the day started.

Super friendly. Largeportions and he suggested zaatar which we had.never had before and it was great!!

We even came back in the afternoon for a baklava which was amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly and personable making our visita great experience.

We walked by Oc... read more While celebrating the 4th of July for the first time in Hampton Beach, we walked the strip a few times looking for food but nothing looked good. We walked by Oceanfront on the way to our car and decided to walk inside. When we walked in the door, itfelt like I had walked into a family friend's home. So very welcome in and very nice. The subs were so delicious and the ricepilaf and chicken kabobs looked so good but we only had time for a sub. This is definitely a must stop!!

Lola welcomed me and my celiac friend and talked us through the entire menu, explaining all of the gluten free options. The food was delicious and I felt completely safe, she is such a wonderfully kind person. We ordered dolma, tzatziki, fattoush salad (without the pita chips) and a chickpea salad. Food: 5
