I ordered a fillet medium rare the first one came out charred on the outside and dry on the inside. The second one came back charred on the outside but sill moist on the inside. Sadly, this was the worst fillet I have ever been served. The taste of the burnt outside of the overwhelmed the flavor of the meat and tasted like a charcoal briquette. This is a one off usually the food is excellent, and I hope they just had a new chef who did not know how to cook a fillet.
