This... read more We have been in Japan for 10 days and have eaten at a lot of different restaurants. We have eaten street food in Asakusa and fine dining in Roppongi Hills. This place has been the best so far. The food is amazingly varied with options for anyone and the service was casual but very attentive and friendly. I can’t recommend more highly.

To top it off, the waiter who was the kindest I have met in Hakone, offered us a plate of fresh sashimi.

Other than that it was mostly pleasant but very mediocre quality for the price. It was recommended in our guide book but we don't recommend.

I will be back again and again when I travel back to Hakone. Gentle reminder and remember to make reservations first ya. Otherwise, you will not be served and standing outside.
