We got the wr... read more I had been there a year ago and I really liked lamacum so I took my boyfriend there for early dinners. The service was so bad that I felt ashamed. We got the wrong drinks 3 times. The dishes they offered with the salad (which was meant to share) that I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for them since not of the three waiters was paying attention to us (note that the only table). The iskanadar was disgusting. We had to wait 5 more minutes to pay since after understanding they don't come to take the payment I had to go to it until me. No apologies.

We tried the Adana kebab and vegetable kebabs, and they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely be visiting again.

I called ahead to make a reservation, as I had been to this venue many times before and always enjoyed the Adana kebab, which is a great value at £6. My friends also love the Adana kebab wrap, with its delicious meat chunks on chewy bread. When we arrived on a Saturday, the restaurant was already half full and we were warmly greeted by the waitress. Our meal included two starters and a drink each. We ordered hummus and patlican soslu, which came with fresh bread. The main mixed grill arrived shortly after, and although it initially seemed small, we found ourselves struggling to finish it along with the chips we ordered. The lamb chops were especially delicious, some of the best I've had at a Turkish restaurant - chewy, tender, and tasty. The only downside was the lack of mayonnaise, ketchup, or ice available that day. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future for the good service and value for money.

Until today, I can never go back again. Hopefully they can improve this.

We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food, during this time 2 famili... read more I have to start by saying that the food here is really nice however the service was poor. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food, during this time 2 families arrived, ordered, ate and left and yet our order still had not arrived. I questioned the waiter 3 times during this time, each time he stated that it is on its way and that we have to be patient if we expect good food. Eventually after a 45 minutes I went to the front to see what was taking them so long, to be told to wait once again. The waiter finally let us know that our order was dropped on the floor and was missed by the chef. Our food finally arrived with a sarcastic comment by the waiter to which I responded by politely stating that we expect to be compensated due to the wait, he ensured that a discount will be given. When it came to paying the bill, the cashier was extremely rude and was not willing to reduce our bill he stated that our drinks had been deducted (two cans of Zup). He than deducted a further £2, we were not impressed. In the end the waiter asked the cashier to meet us halfway and our total bill was reduced by £8 the cashier was not happy by this, he snatched our payment and rudely said that we will be charged double on our next visit; His sarcastic comments and attitude was not appreciated. Considering there are many other turkish restaurants in this area, I would recommend you to go elsewhere where there is a better level of customer service; such as Aziziye however it is popular and therefore reservations are needed to avoid disappointment.

He told us bluntly that he had no ice and that they do not provide tap water. Food was ok not great but would not go back there or recommend to anyone when there are so many other choices in the area.

We chose some of the veg starters, halloumi and falafel, both delicious and put our expectations high for the rest of the meal. these were served with warm flat... read more We chose some of the veg starters, halloumi and falafel, both delicious and put our expectations high for the rest of the meal. these were served with warm flatbread and garlic chili sauce, which were a perfect addition to the starters. for the net we ordered the super special kebab (the sharing plate of different meat types.) the meat was well marinated and perfectly cooked. the two pieces of meat, most impressed were the lamb ribbons, which were both delicate and tasteful and the lamb shoulder doner kebab, which was tasty (so much we ordered two more portions.) we finished with a cup of Turkish tee, which helped digest the heavy meal
