I absolutely adore the cozy and cheerful atmosphere at Haggerston Tearoom - it's the perfect spot for a special treat, and the prices are very reasonable for London. I absolutely adore the cozy and cheerful atmosphere at Haggerston Tearoom - it's the perfect spot for a special treat, and the prices are very reasonable for London. For just a few pounds, you can enjoy a generous slice of mouthwatering cake. The tea selection is impressive, with at least 20 varieties to choose from, all expertly brewed and of high quality. Whether you're looking for a quick catch-up with friends, a quiet reading session, or just a friendly chat with the staff, this is the place to be. Despite its close proximity to Haggerston Overground, the Tearoom feels secluded and tucked away in a corner of a shopping area, giving it a charming and hidden gem vibe. I feel like I've discovered a delightful secret in this Tearoom, and I will definitely be returning for more.
This tearoom is in a scruffy parade of shops. But you shouldnt be put off. There is a great choice of specialist teas. The welcome is very warm and the cake is great too. I will definitely be back
Popped in here for lunch. Excellent tea room, very cosy with a very warm atmosphere. Nuala can't do enough for you, very welcoming service to go along with a delicious break- coffee and warm scones. Thumbs up
I recently visited Haggerston Tearooms for the first time. It is located in a quiet square just a few minutes from the station. While there is seating available outside, I chose to sit inside as I was meeting friends. We enjoyed toasted sandwiches with ham and cheese, followed by a delicious homemade Victoria sponge that was freshly made on the premises. The Tearooms offer a wide variety of teas as well. The atmosphere at the Tearooms is lovely, and the manager, Nuala, is very friendly. This place is truly a hidden gem.
This delightful little eatery is an ideal place to enjoy lunch. The warm and attentive hostess welcomed me and served a tasty toastie along with tea on charming saucers and plates. The tearoom boasts lovely decor, and the prices are much more reasonable compared to other spots I've visited. I will certainly be coming back.
