I don't usu... read more Having been let down by another restaurant where we had a reservation we managed to walk in and get a (small) table here on a busy Sunday afternoon. I don't usually like ordering online but actually the ordering system was very easy to use for food and we bought drinks at the bar. Considering how busy it was we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I enjoyed the whipped feta small plate and my daughter was happy with the vegetarian roast. I'm sure we would have been more comfortable if we had booked and had a table upstairs but overall we enjoyed our meal.

Nothing was too much trouble and se... read more Just wanted to sing the praises of all the wonderful team who looked after us all day at Emma and Jason’s wedding yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and service was slick and perfectly co-ordinated. We were served welcome drinks, canapés and a full roast dinner in the most “seemingly” effortless way but I know how hard this is to achieve. When the meal was over the room was re-arranged to accomodate evening guests and make way for dancing, all done in the most polite fashion and good grace. For an East End Boozer it was world class, Thanks everyone.
