I asked for no tomatoes due to my son's allergy, but our food came with tomatoes anyway. We spent almost $29, and the Mexican pizza was soggy and unappetizing. This is the second time I've had the same issue at this restaurant, and I won’t be coming back. View all feedback.
Employees were not friendly and actually rude to my wife when she asked for sauce and napkins. The soft drink fountain had flat or no carbonated water so our soft drinks were horrible and the nacho chips were stale. When we were leaving I wanted to let themanager know about the carbonation and chips and her response was??ok?.? Wow! Horrible service and lackluster food quality!Won?t be going back to this location ever!
Place is being run by teenagers at night who just run their mouths when people return with wrong orders. I did work here a while ago and they were just as bad to work with. Almost ended up with my first felony before I quit. Manager does all their foodhandlers card tests. They don't really know what they're doing.
The food is hot, and as far as fast food is concerned, it also tastes good. The drive thru line is efficient. Taco Bell's mobile order app is one of the better ones. Their staff is friendly.
So gross! Found a long black hair in my food. Feel so sick to my stomach now . Returned to get a refund. Called told I was speaking to the manager named Alyssa who has a idgaf attitude . Won't come ever again. Perm ban !
It's hard to say anything negative about Taco Bell; the food is delicious. However, they should definitely include sporks and napkins in the bags with orders or at least offer them!
