I’m not one to leave negative reviews until it’s been ridiculous enough to deserve it and this location has gotten progressively worse. When I told them at the window my items were missing, they proceeded to take my bag and then tell me that there was no issue and that my order was correct. I asked them to do a double check because I had a kid in the car and did not want to have to come around through the drive through again or go park and get out for my corrected items since I was bringing it to their attention in the moment. They gave me my bag back and told me that if it was wrong, I could call and they would bring out my items out. So when I got to the car what would you know, my order was wrong! So I called and asked that they bring out the missing items and was told that they were now too busy and I would need to turn around and go through the drive through again or I could come in. I said that was unacceptable as they had moments ago stated they would. So when I asked to talk with a manager about the issue, she told me that I should call back tomorrow because they only have a manager at lunch. I don’t expect stellar customer service, mistakes happen, but I do you expect the issue be corrected in a reasonable manner. This was not that.
