One of the best things about Shari’s is that no matter which restaurant you go to, the food always tastes consistent, as if prepared by the same chefs. My only downside is that this place lacks the signature double door entrance, which made the tables near the entrance quite cold. With the freezing weather outside, it was even more noticeable.

Didn't have the stuff to make my order, had to change it and then they still made me pay for it. Gave us one big bill instead ofasking us if we wanted to split it up. Waiter was also very unsanitary.
