The Hispanic manager with glasses who refused to give me her name needs to be fired and not work with public! If her attitude is “the standard” of how the employees act this explains a lot! I was told over the phone that they would be able to switch a drink out from a coffee to a fountain drink with using a promotion in the app and it’d be no problem! I get to the location to place my order and the Hispanic manager comes up and start screaming at me, saying how they cannot do that, I asked for her name and she kept yelling and talking over me and slammed the drive-through door in my face. I never even approached her angrily or anything of that sort, She was extremely hostile and defensive the moment she walked up to the window. I explained to them how I just called before coming here and was told they could switch out the drink no problem. I ended up, leaving without placing an order and called corporate immediately. There is absolutely zero excuse for someone who is a “manager” to be yelling at a customer like that! This goes to show how poorly this place is ran! I will start going to a different location from here on out, cheaper is not always better! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The people making the sandwiches might not be literate, as it s... read more This restaurant continues to disappoint. Rarely are the fries warm and crispy, more or less hot. The people making the sandwiches might not be literate, as it seems near impossible to dress a sandwich without ketchup and pickles, as printed onsandwich tag. I try to avoid this store, but it is close to work and I do like my McDonald's app. I ran a store in downtown StLouis and a shocked at this location. Sad thing is it's been like this for years. I don't know what happened over the last couple months, but the service is go... read more Used to visit this location in my overnight shift lunch break several days a week. I don't know what happened over the last couple months, but the service is gone. Half the time they just ignore the call box. Even with no one in line. The other half ofthe time they close the drive through all together, blocking it with kitchen equipment. Meanwhile they are still listed as openand accepting orders and a crew is still inside, ignoring honking cars at the drive trhu window, trying to look like they justdon't notice. It's some of the worst service I've ever had. I won't be returning to this location ever again. Pretty sure thenight crew is just fleecing this store.
