I initially went to the KFC on 122nd, but after waiting in a stagnant line for ten minutes, I decided to leave out of frustration. I then drove to the Gresham KFC, where I found no line and received great service. Plus, it's closer to my house, so that’s a definite win! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about KFC:
Simply, they are consistently out of the basic menu items, Mac and cheese and sometimes CHICKEN! As a chicken joint you have to just close if you're out of chicken and management needs to be replaced. They NEVER answer the phone for takeout orders or tosee if they actually have chicken. Worst KFC in the country. View all feedback.
Chicken was bland no flavor, where were the 11 herbs and spices , not at this store, the colonel would be ashamed of the quality of food at this restaurant.
Not go there very often. Its good to not have to cook one night.
I ordered a chicken bowl, but it was only half full. I also got a meal deal, and the gravy was so thin it was practically watery. I was really disappointed.
Ordered a three-piece meal but received only two pieces when I got home. Also, paying $11.99 for it is outrageous with these price hikes.
I went thru drive thru. Barely heard them. Order taker EXTREMELY RUDE. 5:15 Thursday out of Mac and cheese (didn't want that but was TOLD we were Only getting potatoes and gravy as sides for our $42 order. Now pull forward. Lady at window SUPER SWEET.Get home biscuits hard as rocks.. not a joke. I look in the bag for a receipt.None.I call 6 times. You pick a number for whatyou want just rings and hangs up. I don't have TIME .. nor energy on a 94 degree day, grandkids back in a hot car to toss thesehockey picks at them.. so I'll review here and call corporate.. DONE WITH YOU GRESHAM KFC I'll DrIve all the way to 122..instead of the 5 minutes it takes to get to you.
