What Scot Dickens doesn't like about Chinese Happiness:

Chinese Happiness is the best Chinese restaurant in the Gresham area. My wife and I enjoy coming here when we are in the mood for Chinese. The staff is always very friendly, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was obviously microwaved. Had hot and cold spots in it.
Quite possibly the worst chinese food I've had yet in this city. We ordered chow mein and it has zero noodles, it's just a bunch of bean sprouts? (Pictured). The general tso's chicken was soggy and mushy. The potstickers tasted like they had been cooked days prior. The pork rice was overcooked and extremely dry. We ate as much as we could only because we can't afford to buy a second lunch, the rest will unfortunately be fed to our animals. The sauces they included on the side were inedible. One tasted as if it was simply just ketch up... the other was supposed to be the potsticker dipping sauce and it tasted like it was 99% olive oil. Very weird.Definitely will not return.EDIT: We contacted the restaurant to get a refund. The lady refused and snapped at us that it was our fault for letting the food sit for so long before eating it. The state of this food was not one that could have been fixed by eating it warm it was dry, clearly cooked days prior, and flavorless. As far as the chow mein goes she said it comes without noodles ... how is that chow mein? Very confusing interaction all around. Do not eat here.

I love this place . Hot food, bam at your table. Great Americanized Chinese food . Can you please open Happy #2 in Beaverton.
