Was Jessica Hughes at Burger King a mag?
I tried the melts today, and they were delicious! The only downside was that mine was melted but only slightly warm, and my husband's wasn't even melted at all. The fries were cold as well. Thankfully, we had an air fryer at home to heat everything up. We'll definitely be back for a second round because the flavors were great, and the service was decent. What Shylow Thornton dislikes about Burger King:
the manger that was working at 6 p.m. on December 10th needs to be let go. Every time i come to the drive Thur she has a attitude. But today was worse. I was sitting waiting in the drive thru, I could hear her laugh and talking with a worker. So I asked if I could order. She told me to wait but kept laughing and joking with her co worker. First and foremost I would like to apologize to the staff. I'm sorry we came in at 2:30pm on Saturday November 19th 2022. My son wanted some fries. We did not mean to interrupt you guys taking selfies and looking at your phone. I'm also sorry when I orderedthe meal and you only put a burger in I questioned the price. I hope you didn't hurt your head rolling your eyes at me. Butlooking around at the three other people in here I can really tell it was a stressful time. I'm also sorry I asked for thecheese I paid for on my sandwich. I get it... Cheese is expensive. But to be fair I did pay for it so I figured I was allowed tohave it. I do have one favor though... When ordering fries, can you please do more than half an order? My medium fries box wasover half empty. But it was nice to hear the gossip about other stores and how they are.

I asked for cheese on all three whoppers and got charged .70 each for cheese and there is no cheese on any of them. I don?t live close enough to go back and return the food. This is a Inconvenience and I will never go to this Burger King ever again.

The service here was great and the men's BR was the cleanest public BR I have ever experienced anywhere. So was everything else, very clean. The PIC (person in charge) on Sunday, 9/25/22, is also five star.

I usually drive to this location for the good service, even though the Burnside burger King is a bit closer.. But the last couple visits have me reconsidering BK at all for future visits. I wanted to try the new crispy royal chicken bacon and swiss..I ordered the small combo for $9.99 and simply asked for no tomato. The sandwich they gave me had only chicken, lettuce and mayoon it. Mistakes happen, so I called about coming back through for the sandwich that i ordered. They were pleasant enough aboutreplacing my incorrect order, but when I got home and opened my the bag, it had tomato on it even though I specified twice. It's no big deal to pull a couple hunks of tomato off, but it's pretty disappointing that even driving back through for my fixed sandwich it was still a mistake. I wish the team was more focused and invested in providing quality and consistency.

I visited Burger King at 6:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all. I ordered the 2 for $7 deal with a value onion ring and used a coupon for a cone or fries, specifying I'd like fries. When I got to the window, I also added a large Coke. They handed me a bag and closed the window as if my order was complete, but all I received were the burgers. I asked the same girl to come back and mentioned I didn't get my onion rings or fries. She acknowledged it and returned with a cone. I reminded her about the fries and onion rings, but when she brought them back, they were only half full. I didn't want to argue or wait any longer, so I left. On the way home, I realized I never received my $3 Coke either. I'm really disappointed. Come on, guys!
