The Whopper is alw... read more Burger King continues to be a solid go-to for a quick and satisfying meal. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way it was ordered. The Whopper is always a classic, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. What really stood out was the speed of service and how friendly the staff were, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was smooth from ordering to pickup. Great value for the price and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be back. But the last couple visits have me reconsidering B... read more I usually drive to this location for the good service, even though the Burnside burger King is a bit closer.. But the last couple visits have me reconsidering BK at all for future visits. I wanted to try the new crispy royal chicken bacon and swiss..I ordered the small combo for $9.99 and simply asked for no tomato. The sandwich they gave me had only chicken, lettuce and mayoon it. Mistakes happen, so I called about coming back through for the sandwich that i ordered. They were pleasant enough aboutreplacing my incorrect order, but when I got home and opened my the bag, it had tomato on it even though I specified twice. It's no big deal to pull a couple hunks of tomato off, but it's pretty disappointing that even driving back through for my fixed sandwich it was still a mistake. I wish the team was more focused and invested in providing quality and consistency.

We didn’t mean... read more First of all, I want to apologize to the staff. I'm sorry we came in at 2:30 PM on Saturday, November 19th, 2022. My son just wanted some fries. We didn’t mean to interrupt you while you were taking selfies and looking at your phones. I’m also sorry that when I ordered the meal and only received a burger, I questioned the price. I hope the eye-rolling didn’t hurt. Looking around at the three other people in the restaurant, I could tell it was a stressful time. I’m also sorry I asked for the cheese I paid for on my sandwich. I understand cheese can be expensive, but since I paid for it, I assumed I was entitled to it. One favor—when ordering fries, could you please serve more than half a portion? My medium fries box was over half empty. On the bright side, it was interesting to hear the gossip about other locations and how they’re doing.

This... read more I ordered cheese on all three Whoppers and was charged 70 cents for each, but none of them had cheese. Since I don't live nearby, I can't return the food. This was a major inconvenience, and I will never visit this Burger King again.
