Additionally, the rice has frequently been undercooked, as if it hasn't been boiled properly. I suspect that some of these problems may stem from being short-staffed, which really needs attention through improved recruitment.

The mac and cheese had an off-putting aftertaste, and the fish was greasy. The only items that were worth eating were the coleslaw and hush puppies; everything else was disappointing.
