I genuinely enjoy the food at Capt. D's, but the service at this Grenada location is quite slow. Additionally, the rice has frequently been undercooked, as if it hasn't been boiled properly. I suspect that some of these problems may stem from being short-staffed, which really needs attention through improved recruitment.
I will never visit the Captain D’s in Grenada again. The woman at the drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful when taking my order. I wanted the Ultimate Seafood Platter, but they were out of garlic shrimp. Instead of offering a substitute, she bluntly said I couldn’t order the platter at all. This was the first time I’ve had such a negative experience at this location, and I won’t be returning.
The food tasted great, and the drive-thru service was outstanding. However, I was very disappointed with the portion size considering the price. I ordered the catfish sandwich meal and was surprised to find only two small, thin catfish pieces served on a plain hamburger bun—nothing like the bun shown in the menu photo. There was barely any sauce and just a small bit of lettuce. I was honestly shocked. The fries were equally disappointing, with only nine pieces included. With my drink, the total was around $11, which felt like a complete rip-off. I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for good value, this isn’t the place. I could have gotten a bigger meal for less elsewhere. Overall, I’m very unhappy and let down.

It was time they opened. Sat... sat on the ride thru. Nobody ever answered. So decided to go in. Customers left the door back to their vehicle because the door was still locked. No employee ever said what's going on
This hit the spot!! The salmon was delicious ?.. The bread was hot and fresh.. Wonderful!
Will not return employee who took our order was very rude. Order was taken at 4pm 1/31/2021. Of you're going to work with customer keep your attitude at home
Had 2 piece batter dipped fish for lunch. Fish was very good with a crispy batter. Very friendly staff and dining room was clean. Will definitely eat here again!!

I spent $26, and the food was terrible! The fish was overcooked and tough, and the hushpuppies were so hard that I couldn't eat them. The baked potato tasted old and was also hard. I will never return to this place.

I tried to use the drive-thru to place my order, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I decided to leave. The restaurant didn't appear to be very busy at that time.
I waited a long time for them to open. I sat at the drive-thru for quite a while, but no one answered. So, I decided to go inside. Customers were leaving the entrance and returning to their cars because the door was still locked. Not a single employee provided any information about what was happening.
