Additionally, the rice has frequently been undercooked, as if it hasn't been boiled properly. I suspect that some of these problems may stem from being short-staffed, which really needs attention through improved recruitment.

I wanted the Ultimate Seafood Platter, but they were out of garlic shrimp. Instead of offering a substitute, she bluntly said I couldn’t order the platter at all. This was the first time I’ve had such a negative experience at this location, and I won’t be returning.

I ordered the catfish sandwich meal and was surprised to find only two small, thin catfish pieces served on a plain hamburger bun—nothing like the bun shown in the menu photo. There was barely any sauce and just a small bit of lettuce. I was honestly shocked. The fries were equally disappointing, with only nine pieces included. With my drink, the total was around $11, which felt like a complete rip-off. I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for good value, this isn’t the place. I could have gotten a bigger meal for less elsewhere. Overall, I’m very unhappy and let down.
