For our main course, we shared a ribeye steak and crab-stuffed shrimp, both cooked to perfection. The cocktails were also made just right. Overall, the staff provided an excellent experience.

When it came out, it was medium rare. She was rude and I 'm so disappointed. Wasn 't worth the price. I also was recovering from surgery and hadn 't eaten in two weeks. Two groups came in, sat down, ordered food, dessert, and drinks, and were finished and paid by the time I even got my food. I had high hopes for this, but I 'm sad to say I will not be going back, I felt very disrespected, and also, no manager was there to even talk to. I wish it would have gone differently. I did not tip because of the rude waitress. They shouldn 't blame long wait times on the customers. We were very patient, but when it came out medium rare after an hour of cooking I was livid. I ordered my food at 6:30 and got it at 7:40 and it wasn 't even cooked all the way. I almost cried literally, I told my husband I wanted steak, potatoes and a salad specifically and gave this place a shot..was not great at all. I paid $45 for a crappy steak. Not to mention my husband 's even more expensive steak that was awful. I don 't know the waitresses name, but she should be fired for how rude and disrespectful she was. Update, the owners response is wack yes they gave me one free appetizer I ordered potstickers there were four so no two that I shared with my husband didn 't help and didn 't make me feel better for my hour long wait, it does not take an hour to cook a steak I don 't care what you say. You 're rude, too. She did all she could but made it a point to say that it was my fault for wanting a medium well steak. Are you serious??? What a way to run a business. Like I said the atmosphere was good and I really loved it at first and was bragging, but after that and your response, I 'm astonished. I will be making an uplift post as well wish screenshot of this. Also how would yall know I enjoyed my steak when it was so late I had to get it boxed up to go I only ate a few bites in the restaurant and paid for my full meal minus the potstickers.
