I made the mis... read more You must try Wendy's, but avoid using the drive-thru. The layout is terrible, with tight spaces and obstacles that make it difficult to navigate. I made the mistake of trying to drive through and ended up hitting a pothole, causing damage to my car and scraping against a yellow pole. Despite being careful, the conditions of the drive-thru and the restaurant itself are not conducive to a smooth experience. I ended up having to go to a body shop and get an estimate for repair, which was not cheap. I won't be returning to Wendy's after this experience.

However, the fries were burned and cold, and the sandwich was lukewarm. The building itself is in need of repairs, with numerous holes. The owner of the property or the Wendy's franchisee should address this issue promptly. It is quite shameful.

I purchased a medium size, but when I opened it several miles down the road, I discovered it was only two-thirds full. I was disappointed to receive less than what I paid for and don't appreciate wasting my money. I may not return to Wendy's in the future and will likely try one of their competitors in Greenfield instead.

It feels like t... read more This Wendy's location is the worst I have ever experienced. The service is terrible, my order is never correct, and there are always long waits. It feels like they don't pay attention to customer orders. I believe this location should be shut down and replaced by a competitor. I am completely baffled as to why this place is still open. It took my wife accompanying me to the drive thru for her to understand why I always get frustrated whenever she and the kids want Wendy's.
