If you enjoy wasting 45 minutes and $17, then this restaurant is the perfect choice for you! Our order got lost even though we dined in, as it was mistakenly taken at the drive-thru. After inquiring about our order, the employee assured us that it was ready. However, when we received our sandwiches, they were not made correctly. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they insisted that the sandwiches were made perfectly. It's hard to understand how a Chicken BLT can be without bacon or an Asiago Chicken sandwich can be missing its Asiago and other toppings. Unfortunately, a refund was not possible without approval from the General Manager. It's disappointing to see the company prioritize their financial goals over customer satisfaction.
Dear Wendy's employees, when a customer orders a sandwich and adds something to it, they expect the sandwich to include the regular ingredients as well as the additional add-on. For example, if I order a spicy chicken sandwich and add pepper Jack cheese, I expect to receive the sandwich with lettuce, mayo, tomato, and PEPPER JACK CHEESE. Waiting in line for 30 minutes only to get home and find a lackluster sandwich with just cheese is disappointing.
The service was average, but the soda machine was almost empty, there were no cups for ketchup, and the floor was sticky throughout the entire restaurant. If you're looking for a Wendy's to visit, I would recommend choosing a different location. This one is not up to par.
We waited a long time for our food. The double stack burger had a very hard and dry bun, and the chicken nuggets were almost cold. However, the fries were hot and steaming.
This Wendy's location is the worst I have ever experienced. The service is terrible, my order is never correct, and there are always long waits. It feels like they don't pay attention to customer orders. I believe this location should be shut down and replaced by a competitor. I am completely baffled as to why this place is still open. It took my wife accompanying me to the drive thru for her to understand why I always get frustrated whenever she and the kids want Wendy's.
