For example, if I order a spicy chicken sandwich and add pepper Jack cheese, I expect to receive the sandwich with lettuce, mayo, tomato, and PEPPER JACK CHEESE. Waiting in line for 30 minutes only to get home and find a lackluster sandwich with just cheese is disappointing.

If you're looking for a Wendy's to visit, I would recommend choosing a different location. This one is not up to par.
