So Schlafmützen habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das Essen ist soweit in Ordnung und preislich ebenfalls voll in Ordnung.

Heute zum ersten mal dort gewesen. Essen war ok. Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht so richtig toll. Das Brot war lecker. Die Atmosphäre... war nicht meins, anderen... read more Heute zum ersten mal dort gewesen. Essen war ok. Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht so richtig toll. Das Brot war lecker. Die Atmosphäre... war nicht meins, anderen könnte es gefallen. Preisleistungsverhätnis in Ordnung: 2 große Salate, ein Wein und ne Cola für 30€. Service überfordert aber sehr freundlich (ich vermute mal eine Servicekraft ist aufgefallen). Manko: Wartezeit auf den Salat 45 Minuten. Nachbartisch: Bier - 15 Minuten. Unterm Strich: Es gibt noch ein paar Restaurants in Gießen die ich nicht kenne, aber eher ausprobieren werde als nochmal her zu kommen.

But also other... read more The Kate Bistrocafe is one of my favorite cafés in Gießen. Especially Sunday Brunch is really a great choice to fair, student prizes recommended. But also otherwise the cat is always worth a snack in front of the Liebigschule and near the university, whether it be lunch for coffee or dinner for beer. The staff is really super friendly and accommodating. Genuine feel-good atmosphere guaranteed.

In addition, instead of a normally sprayed cider, I would have wished a sweet sprayed candy, I would certainly have informed. During the meal we took the daily offer: noodles. After about 40 minutes, noodles came with some sauce, but they had nothing to do with the map or offer, and then cold... So he apologized and offered the house a free drink – but the noodles were not restored. Tastefully they were not a big highlight. I have to think about it again.
