Only mini schnitzels left Compared to our last visit in March, the schnitzel has shrunk considerably. It's also flat and boringly pale, nothing like what I'm used to. A shame, I was really looking forward to it. The taste was good, but for €19 with sauce, I probably won't be back. When I asked about it, they said it was just pounded less thin and that I could have ordered more if I'd been hungry
We spontaneously decided to grab a bite to eat on Saturday afternoon. You absolutely must make a reservation! We were lucky enough to find a table free at that time, and we only wanted soup. We had the pea soup, which was excellent. A small, charming, traditional Hessian restaurant that gets its meat directly from the butcher shop next door. I highly recommend it. We've been there several times and have always had very good food. The price is reasonable. Thanks!
It doesn't get any better than this! From the first bite to the last sip – absolutely top-notch. Everything is just right here: authentic cuisine, perfectly seasoned, generous portions, and service so warm you feel like you're at grandma's, only in a modern and stylish atmosphere. If there were a Champions League for home-style cooking, this restaurant would be in the finals every year.
