The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. You really can't ask for more than that. Plus, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess was quite rude, and the manager’s behavior was questionable. I can't recommend this place to others. I also found it odd that they expect tips at the counter; yes, they did receive a tip. Paying $50 for a "pick two" meal for two people should ideally include a half cup of coffee, especially if you ordered other drinks and didn't receive them. Furthermore, I discovered that my own review was altered; I initially rated it one star, but it appeared as five stars instead. It's important to note that there were two of us, not just one.
"This is so unhealthy," one of the employees said while packing my order right in front of me. I had ordered two bagels and a charged lemonade. I never would have commented negatively on a customer's choices when I was ringing up their 12-packs of Mountain Dew and multiple candy bars. Normally, I don’t like to complain about customer service because I understand how tough it can be in that role, but her remark really affected me—especially since I struggle with an eating disorder. I ended up giving both bagels to my husband. Thanks for that.
The food is standard good Panera bites. However, the service needs a lot of work. They're always friendly, but they have no sense of customer service. Five of them will stand around chatting non-business while customers are waiting, and they get orders wrong a lot. It's also reflected in how dirty they'll leave the dining area at times. Good food, but they need their butts kicked.
