MOD Pizza has quickly made a name for itself in Georgetown, offering a unique pizza experience akin to a fast-casual assembly line. Guests rave about an impressive array of customizable pizzas and fresh ingredients, including notable options like the limited-time Thai-inspired pizza with red curry chicken and pesto. Though many praise the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service, some diners have encountered inconsistent order accuracy and staffing challenges, detracting from their overall experience. Nevertheless, MOD Pizza remains a popular choice for pizza lovers seeking quality fare and an inviting space to enjoy their meal.

Breadsticks and pizza are very good! Choose your toppings. A little pricey but worth it! The Georgetown location is sadly lacking in employee courtesy and they do a lot of phone use….

This is a nice convenient concept. We ate here a few days in a row as it was one of the few places in the area with any sort of vegan friendly options. The regular crust is very thin and burns easy so I personally preferred the thicker crust which, to me, was more of a regular crust. The pizzas are fairly small, depending on what sizes you are used to, but for the price, it's a really good deal and you can get multiples if feeding more than one or two. The toppings do not increase the price, making it an even more affordable option, and the small size pizza is perfect if you have kids. I give the overall score of 4 as we ate in the last night and it is loud in the restaurant and the temperature in the dining area was quite cool, blowing cold air directly on us. We were there eating in as well as one other couple and it was cold enough, all diners were in sweaters/coats. We did mention to the manager about the temp and she said she would adjust but she was very busy helping on the line so I'm not sure if she had the chance to, or if she just didn't adjust the temperature very much.

This is for MOD pizza in Georgetown KY. Manager overcharged us for garlic sticks. We asked if they could do a mini size and they said yes. Then charged us for a 2nd pizza. $2 more than if we had ordered the full size. My daughter heard her laughing to the other employees about that it cost more. When I came in the store and told her I thought there was a mistake she just said that is how they do it. If you want a smaller size they charge you more than for a full size. I told her that made zero sense and she just said that is how they do it and was very smug. I won’t be back. I have never left a bad review every. It was so rude.

The limited time Thai-inspired Jasmine with red curry chicken and pesto sauce, add mushrooms ?.maybe the first pizza I liked with pineapple as a standard item); and the Dominic with tomatoes and chicken ?she, of course, asked them to add pineapple.

The team members preparing the pizzas at Mod Pizza were fantastic. If you haven’t been before, it’s like Subway but with pizza. However, the issues arose at the register. They tried to charge my date $2.50 for water because it was poured from the fountain drink dispenser. She chose a Coke instead and didn’t argue. When I tried to order a pitcher of beer, out of the eight or so staff working, the only person old enough to serve alcohol was on break, so I was refused. I even offered to pour it myself since the tap was right by the register, but they wouldn’t allow it. Honestly, I think I would have spilled less than the young lady who poured it when she returned from break. The food and atmosphere are great, but the team clearly needs a leader present during the night shift. The Mod Pizza menu offers plenty of tasty options, but better management would make the experience smoother.
