I was the only customer in line at the time. they waited until there were 6 people behind me to take my order. then they gave me the wrong food twice.

When I walked in to order my meal, I enjoyed watching the team interact with each other. They were in great spirits, joking around while efficiently doing their jobs. I even saw one of the employees take the time to mentor a new team member, explaining how things work and checking in to make sure they were doing well. That really brightened my day! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this KFC!

The drive-thru staff are always friendly, and I get my meal in no time at all!
