Description

**Dining Experience in Georgetown: A Mixed Bag**

Nestled along the waterfront of Historic Georgetown, SC, this restaurant offers a charming ambiance but has garnered mixed reviews. While some visitors rave about the shrimp and sausage gumbo and the friendly service, others have encountered issues with food quality, including undercooked seafood and disappointing appetizers. The service, though often friendly, can vary; some guests noted inattentiveness from certain staff members. Despite the inconsistencies, the scenic views and a few standout dishes, like the cheeseburger and grilled sandwiches, still make it a spot worth considering for lunch.

If you enter from the dock side there's a whole separate building that is an awesome little fishing shack with decor to match! The Grouper Sandwhich was literally the best thing I ate on our week lo g vacation to Myrtle Beach area. Kid-friendliness: Our 3-year-old was a bit antsy at this point in our vacation, so walking around the dock are while waiting for food was great! Food still came out quick and staff was friendly and helpful Service: Dine in

Right on the water in Georgetown. Nautical atmosphere. Nice outdoor area to take in the sites while enjoying your meal. She-crab soup was delicious. The gumbo was very good as well. My wife's fried oysters were excellent, but her fries were ice cold. Prices were okay. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
