This ma... read more I am a frequent customer at Subway and have been to this store four times. Unfortunately, on this visit, employee Michelle was exceptionally rude to me. This marks the second time she has been rude. I urge the manager to stop implementing policies that do not align with Subway's motto of "have it your way" and to provide proper training to their staff.
