They offer a... read more The restaurant offers vegan pizzas, which is a plus. However, the vegan cheese they use has a slightly off flavor, earning it a 3 out of 5 rating. They offer a variety of vegetable toppings, which is also a positive. The pizza is very bread-heavy, which is not to my liking. I prefer the original Satchel pizza.

The cru... read more I went to Squatch Squared for the first time today. Despite a storm, the amazing staff still managed to serve me some delicious gluten-free/vegan pizza! The crust was thick and had a texture similar to traditional deep dish pizza. The vegan cheese crisped up at the edges of the crust while remaining melted in the middle. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic! I will definitely be returning for more gluten-free/vegan options.
