They offer a variety of vegetable toppings, which is also a positive. The pizza is very bread-heavy, which is not to my liking. I prefer the original Satchel pizza.

The cru... read more I went to Squatch Squared for the first time today. Despite a storm, the amazing staff still managed to serve me some delicious gluten-free/vegan pizza! The crust was thick and had a texture similar to traditional deep dish pizza. The vegan cheese crisped up at the edges of the crust while remaining melted in the middle. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic! I will definitely be returning for more gluten-free/vegan options.

The vegan cheese blend creates delicious... read more I find that the Detroit-style pizza at this restaurant is incredibly satisfying and filling, lasting me 2-3 meals each. The vegan cheese blend creates delicious crispy bits of cheese on the side that are truly the best. I also appreciate the addition of vegan sausage to the menu. The ginger ale and root beer served here are both fantastic. I haven't tried the waffle yet because I am so hooked on the pizza!
