I called to place an order and was put on hold, but it seemed like the staff just set the phone down. I waited for over 10 minutes, and no one ever returned to take my order. I eventually hung up and tried to call back for more than 20 minutes, but I never received an answer. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This occurred on Friday, September 29, 2023. Great place and a lot of fun with good live music, HOWEVER!,,, They did not have running water!! You could not flush the toilet or wash your hands!! They served your meal in paper wrapped to go because they didn’t have clean dishes!! They refilled your same glass with beer or wine! Hopefully the cooks had clean hands and used lots of sanitizer!! Other than that, the slaw-burger is the best!!
Went in at 10 pm they said grill was closed. Well we went for a burgers 2 hrs before they close and we could not get a burger. So we ordered wings which I did not enjoy. Why would the grill close at 10 on a Friday night. Don't make since to me. Really not satisfied. I would have to say bad for business, when this is the place to get the world best slaw burgers. Maybe next time. I bet there were quite a few people disappointed the couldn't get the famous slaw burger. If you close at 12 midnight the grill should be open until at least 11:40 pm Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
My wife and I came in to eat thier great slaw burgers before we went to the Valentines dance on the street. As soon as we set down Seirra was right there to see what we needed. She did an awesome job. Always there to make sure we had what we needed. And her partner in crime Jordan helped out when she was busy. What a great experience. And btw the food is excellent.
