I placed my order and paid through the app at 9:46 AM and then parked in a designated space to wait. After 25 minutes without any updates, I drove around to inq... read more I placed my order and paid through the app at 9:46 AM and then parked in a designated space to wait. After 25 minutes without any updates, I drove around to inquire about my order. They told me it was inside, so I decided to wait in the pickup area since there was a line of cars at the window. I waited another 10 minutes before my order was eventually brought out, but it was cold from sitting inside. I informed the staff that I would need a replacement as the order was unacceptable. After waiting several more minutes and speaking to two different employees, my fresh order was finally brought to my car. Overall, the wait time from when I placed my order to when it was delivered was 40 minutes. This experience showcased extremely poor service.
