There were many people waiting outside so I asked how long the wait is and was told 15 mins. 5 mins later we were seated. We were pleasantly surprised by the creamer baskets at each tablefilled w/ half and half, hazelnut and French vanilla. The menu had so much to offer, we ordered more than our typical breakfast.The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The waitstaff were festive, from their differentholiday socks to their Santa hats and headbands. My family and I have found our new favorite restaurant.

10/31/22 first time here. Brought my Mom to meet with her friend for a nice lunch. This is a cool place and has a nice chill vibe to it. Plenty of ceiling fans... read more 10/31/22 first time here. Brought my Mom to meet with her friend for a nice lunch. This is a cool place and has a nice chill vibe to it. Plenty of ceiling fans for an even cooling of the dining room. My 95 y/o Mom didn 't feel a draft (that 's goodright? . The food was good and fresh. All three of us has salads. Decent portions and quality chicken on my salad. Salads comewith soup and it 's a 'self serve soup station ' , say that four times fast (nevermind it 's easy, lol so don 't forget to get yoursoup. Service was really good and they have the same modern point of sale devices that they use in Europe. So it 's really easyto pay and split a check. (Pic I 'm sure I 'll be bringing my mom back soon.

We arrived at about 10:40 and were promptly seated next to the server station. And sat. And waited while every server in therestaurant passed by us several times taking care of other patrons. The final straw was when the couple that entered behind ushad their coffee in front of them while the server took their food order. We took that as a hint our business wasn't wanted anddeparted. Big swing and a huge miss, Roost. Maybe the next visit to the area we'll try again, but you can do better. We'llsee

The food is consistently good and hot with great breakfast and diner options. We really, really enjoy eatinghere! During snowbird season the wait is longer, but it is worth it! 2018: Good food. Consistent. Great service and value foryour money.
