I had to dr... read more Additionally, I arrived a day early due to Hurricane Idalia, getting there around noon. At that point, the hurricane hadn't even reached Frostproof. I had to drive through most of the storm, but by the time I arrived, the sun was shining and the winds had died down. While TMC was operating, all the Lowe's staff went home at noon, so I couldn't get unloaded. They claimed the rain was the reason for this, even though it wasn't actually raining. Way to shortchange your employees on hours, Lowe's!

This was my second visit, and it will be my last. I really hope this place improves or even shuts down until the management and staff can be restructured. Both... read more This was my second visit, and it will be my last. I really hope this place improves or even shuts down until the management and staff can be restructured. Both times I had a terrible experience. I arrived early, yet it took four hours to get unloaded with no one else in line. On my scheduled appointment time, it took even longer because they require you to be untarped and unstrapped before your exact appointment time. This place definitely needs a better system.
