After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to walk in since I had placed a curbside order, and they began preparing my food. I'm not sure what went wrong—perhaps a software glitch—but once the staff noticed the problem, they were extremely kind and attentive. The Whataburger menu offers plenty of options, and despite the hiccup, the service made the experience pleasant.

Here’s a new, shorter version: This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. I waited an hour in a lobby full of frustrated customers who hadn’t received their food or refunds. I hope the loss of future business is what ultimately closes this location. How does this restaurant still have a 3.6-star rating? It must have been great years ago but has clearly gone downhill since then.

There were at least seven employees there so it wasn't an employee shortage issue. Appeared that more attention was devoted to the drive thru lane than inside. I told themanager I just wanted my money back and she did so without saying a word. No apology at all. Didn't seem to care if I wasthere or not. Love whataburger but won't go back to this west Frisco location.

Do not do curbside pick... read more This restaurant continually has issues. The time it takes for them to get orders out for a fast food restaurant can be 15 to 20 minutes. Do not do curbside pickup. You may never get it until you go in. I even called they said they were just waiting onfries and they still didn't bring it out. Whataburger needs to have constant attention on this restaurant.
