I showed them both my confirmation from OpenTable and my text confirmation, as you can see in the photo. Their only response was that I could come back at noon. This was the restaurant's mistake—why should I have to wait an hour and a half when I had a reservation? It's absolutely ridiculous. They mentioned that they no longer use OpenTable for reservations; if that's the case, they should take their restaurant off the app!

Any family restaurant that requires a bouncer is one to avoid.
