What Brando Wyman likes about The Monk Craft Brewery & Kitchen:
The Monk has recently changed its licence from restaurant to tavern and in my opinion the atmosphere is much more relaxed and welcoming. They brew on the premises and produce some outstanding beers, my particular favourite is the IPA a flavoursome beer with a level of bitterness that lets you know very quickly what you are drinking and at 6% is definitely not a session beer. The space in this place is amazing, to bad we were there during winter and had to sit outside.
There was no heater lamps which is very odd. Please do something about that.
We had almost everything in the menu, food was honestly average nothing was good not bad. Just nothing you would come back for.
I like the mulled wine but like I said there was no heater lamp so we got to warm ourself up somewhat with drinks ???? View all feedback.
